1. These terms
This website at thisfirewall.com ("Site") is operated by Belton IT Nexus Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand ("Belton", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Scope - website vs subscription
These terms govern your use of the Site (the marketing pages and the public demo). They are not the agreement for a paid ThisFirewall subscription or deployment - paid use is governed by a separate written agreement between Belton and the customer. If there is any conflict, that separate agreement prevails for the paid service.
3. Use of the Site
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems.
- Do not misuse the demo, including attempting to add real devices, upload real data, or circumvent its read-only limits.
- Do not copy, scrape or republish Site content except as permitted below.
4. The demo
The public demo is provided for evaluation only. It contains synthetic, illustrative data, is read-only, and is shared by many visitors. It is offered "as is", may change or be withdrawn at any time, and should not be relied upon for any operational decision.
5. Intellectual property
ThisFirewall, the ThisFirewall name and logo, and all content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Belton IT Nexus Limited and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site; any other use requires our prior written permission. Third-party names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
6. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belton IT Nexus Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Site may link to third-party sites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
